Course content
Lectures: 1. Integration of the business subjects into teaching; 2. Framework educational programs, educational programs; 3. Preparation of the subjects´ curriculum and cross-curricular links; 4. Transformation of the curriculum; 5. Methodology and didactics of economic subjects; 6. Creating of lesson plans; 7. Preparation and use of teaching aids; 8. Preparation and use of educational technology; 9. The problematic situation in teaching business subjects; 10. The application of teaching principles.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to teach students to apply the knowledge of didactics in economic subjects. For the individual disciplines of economic subjects, students will learn to formulate and find the appropriate forms, procedures and objectives of teaching. In the course there will be practical examples of teaching principles applied: 1 the principle of educational teaching, the principle of science, the principle link theory with practice, the principle of individual approach, the principle of clarity, the principle of consciousness, the principle of activity, the principle of proportionality, the principle of coherence and the principle of permanence.
The course is designed so that the desired outcomes (evaluation and preparation of curricula, thematic plans, preparation for lessons, creation of teaching aids, etc.) correspond to the contemporary modern teaching practice.

Assessment methods and criteria
Seminar work

Requirements: The students will write a seminar paper focused on the evaluation and preparation of the curricula, thematic plans. Each student prepares a model lesson and creates a teaching aid for the lesson.
