List of topics: Renaissance philosophy (platonism, aristotelism, scepticism, philosophy of nature, political philosophy) Modern empirism (Bacon, Hobbes, Locke, Berkeley, Hume) Modern rationalism (Descartes, Spinoza, Leibniz) German classical philosophy (Kant, Hegel, Fichte, Schelling) Kierkegaard, Schopenhauer, Nietzsche Feuerbach, Marx Positivism (Comte) Phenomenology (Husserl, Heidegger) Analytical philosophy and Philosophy of science (Wittgenstein, Carnap, Popper, Kuhn, Feyerabend) Postmodern philosophy (Foucault, Derrida, Lyotard, Welsch)

The lectures focus on the main figures and doctrines of renaissance, modern and contemporary philosophy.
