Course content
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the contemporary theological discussion based on the theological work of Wolfhart Pannenberg in the context of the overall development of theology since the 1950s. The course is structured from the main thematic areas of Pannenberg's work. Since it is not possible to discuss everything in one semester, students will have the opportunity to suggest which areas they prefer to discuss: - The relationship between philosophy and theology - Theology and theory of science - Revelation and history - Christology - Anthropology - Church, state, society - Spirituality - Ethics - Ecumenical theology

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Work with text (with textbook, with book)
  • Preparation for exam - 32 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the contemporary theological discussion based on the theological work of Wolfhart Pannenberg in the context of the overall development of theology since the 1950s. The course is structured from the main thematic areas of Pannenberg's work.
The course aims to develop the orientation in contemporary theological discussion.

For students of 3. year Bc study or 2. year Mgr study. Exceptiopns allows garant of study subject

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination

Students will prepare on the basis of lectures; according to their language possibilities and in agreement with the tutor they will read one shorter Pannenberg's text.
