Course content
1. Electronics - determining the subject contents, definitions, passive dipoles, ideal sources, application of methods of electric circuits solving. 2. Elementary phenomena of semiconducting techniques - physical electronics of semiconductors, technology of production of semiconducting materials and chosen components, generation of two materials contact with rectifying properties. 3. Semiconducting components, principals and their functions, parameters, application - diodes, thyristor, triacs. 4. Bipolar transistors, transistors controlled by electric field, principal, function, properties, parameters, application. 5. Elementary circuitry of amplifying levels with transistors, transistor level as a two gate. Chosen transistor circuitry - stabilizers, oscillating circuits. 6. Operational amplifiers, ideal operational amplifier, mistakes and parameters of real operational amplifiers. 7. Elementary linear circuitry with operational amplifiers. Application. 8. Digital circuits - types of digital logical circuits TTL, S, LS, HCT, combinational logical circuits, flip-flop circuits. 9. Counters, memories, bus exciting, elementary logic algebra. 10. Digital-analogue converters - principals, functions, parameters, mistakes. 11. Analogue-digital converters - principals, functions, parameters, mistakes. 12. Signal generating and processing - generating, modulation, filtration, frequency analysis. 13. Personal computer hardware - John von Neumann architecture and Harvard architecture, processors, controllers. 14. Computer buses - definitions, types, application, parameters.

Learning outcomes
Students will be made aware of solving electrical cuircuits and networks both of DC and AC currents. Elementary dipoles linear two way gates. Semiconductors. Semiconducting contact. Basic electronic elements - diode, transistor, tyristor, digital circuits, lead-in ti operational amplifiers, A/D and D/A converters.
Teaching Physics and subjects related to Electronics at primary school. An overview in the field.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of Physics- electricity and magnetism and necessary mathematical system.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination

Knowledge of studied materials, teaching exercises, understanding applications.
