1. Kinetic theory of gases 2. Plasma 3. Principal of plasma process 4. Electrical discharges - direct discharges 5. Electrical discharges - alternating and microwave discharges 6. Types of plasma processes 7. Plasmatic reactors 1 8. Plasmatic reactors 2 9. Processes running at atmospheric pressure 10. Plasmatic etching 11. Plasmatic modification of surfaces 12. Plasmatic sputtering 13. CVD plasma and plasmatic polymerization

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)
Learning outcomes
Characteristic properties and differences of plasma from others matter states. Plasma definition, Debye's shadowing, distribution functions, collisions, ionizations and recombination of plasma. Elementary phenomena of plazmochemical processes.
Knowledge of fundamentals and elemental phenomena in ionized environment. Basic physical technologies and plasma applied in industry.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of experimental and theoretical physics.

Oral examination

Basic orientation in the given topic and ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
