Course content
1.-2. Man and the world of work - analysis of the educational branch. 3.-4. Man and the world of work , analysis of the educational branch contents. 5.-7. Fine material works- didactic analysis of the thematic contents. 8.-9. Construction activities - didactic analysis of the thematic contents. 10. Preparing meals - didactic analysis of the thematic contents. 11. Analysis of functional contents connexions in the educational branch "Man and the world of work. 12. Possibilities of integration of folk habits elements, traditions and crafts into the first stage basic school curriculum. Environmental aspects of subject matter of the educational branch "Man and the world of work." 13.Analysis of concepts and ideas about technology at students of primary school teaching at of primary school pupils and their methods of functional reconstruction. 14. Overview of new and innovative materials and technologies and their potential application in the current teaching of technical education at primary school. 15. Integrating of regional technical sights into subject matter of the educational area "Man and the world of work".

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Demonstration, Projection, Work activities (workshops), Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
Introduction to the content structure of the educational field: 'Man and the World of Work at Primary School.' Acquiring theoretical information and practical abilities, necessary to teach this subject; practicing the forms of their didactical interpretation. During the study, the student conducts a portfolio of his / her didactical materials (presentations, papers, projects, thought maps, preparations for teaching, photo and video documentation of experiments, video sequences from teaching lessons, aids and experiments database, overview of visits during his / her teaching and pedagogical outcomes at school, overview of all promotional events popularizing the disciplines). This portfolio will be used during didactic analysis during the final state exam.
Basic orientation in the realm of technology; mastering the relevant technical terminology, ability to didactically transform the contents of education; technical literacy and use of technology.

Student performance assessment, Analysis of student's work activities (technical works), Systematic student observation, Questionnaire, Student portfolio analysis, Self-reflection, Interim evaluation

Elaboration of individual projects to professional portfolio: Presentations on selected themes from the historical and current discoveries technology; Preparation for a lesson of thematic unit Working with small material; Record of diagnosing selected preconception to the technique of pupil 4- 5th class of Elementary School
