Course content
The content of the subject will be chosen individually with respect to the needs of a PhD student - the selection of chapters in the field of computational physics will be done according to his / her specialization.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to extend the knowledge and to deepen the skills acquired within the subject of Computational Modeling in Physics and Technology, by solving simple problems according to student preferences using modern software (COMSOL Multiphysics, ANSYS, MATLAB and others). Also the students will learn about the application of selected advanced IT directions in computational physics, such as fuzzy logic genetic algorithms, neural networks, or parallelization of computations.
Deepening knowledge in computer modeling and simulation.

Combined exam

Knowledge of the basic general physics courses. Knowledge of the XPMFT course.
