Course content
1. Work safety regulations and laboratory works organization. 2. Measuring of electrical resistance using direct method. 3. Measuring of electrical resistance using substitution method. 4. Measuring of static inductance and mutual inductance. 5. Measuring of capacity using direct method. 6. Measuring of inner resistance of galvanic cell and measuring equipment. 7. Measuring of electromotive voltage and resistance using compensation method. 8. Measuring potenciometer voltage dependence on load. 9. Measuring of electrical resistance using Wheatston bridge. 10. Measuring of thermal electrical coefficient. 11. Measuring of characteristics of bulb filament. 12. Measuring of intensity and induction of magnetic field. 13. Measuring of characteristics of glow tube. 14. Measuring of resonance curve of parallel RLC circuit.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Laboratory
Learning outcomes
Students will be made aware of laboratory works in the area of electricity and magnetism. Tasks set: calibration of measuring devices, resistance measuring, inductivity, voltage, capacity, thermal resitance coefficieent measurement, volt ampere characteristic of a bulb and a glow tube, intensity and inductivity of magnetic fields, hysteresis and resonantial curve.
Ability to process correctly results of physical measurement of electricity and magnetism.
Prerequisites
Basic course of electricity and magnetism, data processing.

Assessment methods and criteria
Analysis of student's work activities (technical works)

Basic measuring skills and evaluation of measured data in electricity and magnetism. Students fulfill all tasks and hand in completed protocols.
