Course content
1. Specifics of particular themes " work with different data types (text, graphics, sound, video) " work with texts, typography, formatting, inserting of objects " work with graphics, vector and bitmap " searching for information and communication on the Internet " bulk data procession, tables, graphs and data bases " computer and care of it: hw, sw, net " informatics, programming, representation of the data in a computer, digitalization " protection of computers, data and user health, antiviruses protection and user rights " technology and society, author copyright, socially dangerous phenomena 2. Curricula designing " Training of teacher skills - to determine objectives of educational process, teaching concepts " Lessons planning " Creation and selection of educational tools " Compilation of lesson curricula and longer educational periods " Project instruction and preparation of it 3. Work with portfolio

Learning outcomes
The continued course of professional didactic training of Informatics (or ICT) for teachers.
The student will be able to manage the lesson, design curricula, plan lessons, diagnose pupils mistakes, understand goals and problems of teaching particular topics of ICT.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student portfolio analysis

Active attendance at seminars (80 %). Elaborating and performing a presentation of a given topic related to the education of Information Technology followed by its defence.
