Course content
1. The specifics of computer assisted learning, methods and forms of teaching 2. Learning objectives defining and fulfillment diagnostics 3. Key competences and their role in lesson planning 4. Conceptual education, acivities and exercises targeted at understanding concepts 5. Special techniques (individualization of education, assessing of pupil´s work, experiments) 6. Project oriented learning and its planning, group learning 7. Planning the curriculum when utilizing an e-learning environment.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book)
Learning outcomes
An introduction into the area of curriculum creation. Theoretical and methodological resources, methods and forms of work with the computer. Particular stages of creation, diagnostics, techniques of curriculum creation in various topical units at different school types. Basic methodological resources of computer science didactics.
The student will understand different aspects of curriculum creation, national documents framing the informatics curriculum (basics of information technology). He/she will be able to analyse and create parts of the curriculum.
Prerequisites
Didactic skills for teaching informatics, ideally based on one´s own experience, terminology and lessons content knowledge of the particular school type.

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined exam

Seminar project - the student will elaborate and analyse a given extract of informatics education. Consequently, he/she accomplishes a minor research work or elaborates a methodical paper for teaching one of the given topical units, which will be specified.
