Course content
1. Game-related legislation 2. Zoology of game 3. Zoology of game 4. Ecology and nature conservation, game care, principles of game breeding and protection 5. Creation and protection of the wildlife environment 6. Game nutrition and game care 7. The most important game diseases 8. The most important game diseases 9. Ethology of game and its use in hunting practice. 10. Hunting facilities for the breeding and care of game 11. Pheasantry, game farming and farming 12. Hunting management plans 13. Keeping of hunting records and statistics 14. Trophy processing and evaluation

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Demonstration, Skills training, Excursion

Learning outcomes
The objective of the course is to emphasize the rational way of wild animal keeping system to rehabilitate nature's source on the principle of steady development of populations.
Ability to orientate in addressing issues related to the implementation of hunting rights and dealing with damage caused by specially protected animals.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of animal species and ecosystem links at secondary level.

Oral examination

Credit terms: Participation in field trips and field exercises; Completion of the credit test at 75%; 2 absences allowed Exam Prerequisites: Oral examination
