Learning outcomes
|
Main goal for this course is to apply methods of appraisal for taxes in Czech Rep. The study of the subject of property valuation follows the subject of real estate and real estate market. The aim is to get students acquainted with the merits of the valuation found. The price determined is the specificity of the Czech Republic in the field of valuation and introduces a set of valuation procedures for all types of immovable property. The difficulty in deciding on a valuation is due to the fact that all procedures are strictly tied and bound by the law and the valuation decree and must be properly applied. Also for this award, students can use Delta-Nem software.
Students can apply methods for tax system and apprisal for Pupn. So they can work in civil administration or landscape planinig.

It is important to have basic knowledge in - real estate apprisal - landscape planninig - dendrology - constructions - law
