Learning outcomes
This subjekt is presenting real estate market from many views. Practical part is concerning on real estate appraisal. Theoretical part presents law, taxes, riscs, funding, administration and work of real estate agents. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the subject is to acquaint the students with real estate market, economic and legal issues related to business in this field. Valuation of pricing is a precursor to a general introduction to valuation, which attempts to explain the individual details of terminology and generally to apply valuation principles. The lectures are devoted mainly to valuation theory, but with an emphasis on a practical utility because it is assumed that bachelor students will work in the fields where these skills are used. A large part of the lectures are devoted to valuation strategies in different segments of the real estate market. Another part of the course is devoted to related fields in which real estate valuation plays an important role in insolvency proceedings, executions, auctions, real estate brokerage or developer work. In exercises students have the opportunity to try practical examples of valuation. They are acquainted in detail with the work of an expert in all parts of his work of identifying property, local investigation and focus of real estate, searching for comparative real estate and price calculation. In exercises students are allowed to use valuation software. Very popular among students is discussion with practitioners. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the problems to the extent that they can use the acquired knowledge in practice. For the purpose of working in the real estate office, students obtain information on determining market prices, factors that influence the market price, valuation needs in the sales process, can calculate the tax burden for the sale of real estate and are also acquainted with the process of realtor operations. For the sale of real estate they are acquainted with the organization of real estate auction and the requirements imposed by the auction decree. For the practice of land improvement designers, the interpretation focuses on the valuation of plots and their parts, which can often be permanent crops.
Students can apply methods for tax system and apprisal for Pupn. So they can work in civil administration or landscape planinig.

It is important to have basic knowledge in - landscape planninig - dendrology - constructions - law
