Course content
1. Introduction to study, History of Common agricultural policy 2. Common agricultural policy in the period 2023-2027, Operational program fisheries 3. National support, Cross compliance 4. Administrative requirements of subsidies, Basic registers and applications of the Ministry of Agriculture, Processing grant applications and examples of good practice

Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquire basic knowledge about the EU and CR subsidy policy for support of agriculture and entrepreneurship in the countryside. Students will be acquainted with existing grant programs, possibilities of their use and administration.
They will learn to process specific applications and projects for obtaining subsidies under I. and II. pillars of the Common Agricultural Policy. They will also learn how to use subsidies to ensure multifunctionality of agriculture and to optimize agroecosystems, including addressing agronomic problems related to changes in farming methods after the implementation of subsidy titles.
Prerequisites
Basic economic overview.

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined exam

Credit requirements: Presence and activity on seminars. Elaboration and defense of a project task. Examination requirements: Written examination (60 % success rate).
