Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject: equipped the student with knowledge dealing with: development of number concept of the children, introduction of the basis and attributes of the basic arithmetic operations, practising the computation, use of different models, development of (pre)algebraic thinking, handling data; development of subject didactic competence of future primary mathematics teacher (especially formulation of problems, communication with pupils).
Student acquires (a) knowledge about mathematical concepts developed on primary school level (whole numbers and arithmetic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), their mathematical background, order in learning and relationships; (b) competence in elaboration of mathematical concepts for the school education, (c) competence in diagnosis and evaluation of pupil's performance.
