Topics: 1. 2. Random experiment, random phenomenon, probability space, classical probability. 3. 4. Independence of phenomena, conditional probability, total probability, Bayes formula 5.6. Random variable of discrete type, examples of random variable of discrete type 7. 8. Random variable of continuous type, examples of random variable of continuous type 9.  10. Characteristics of random variables 11.  13.  Law of large numbers, central limit theorem

Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge of probability theory.
The student will gain the basics of probability theory, on which he will be able to grasp the curriculum in the field of statistics.
