Course content
|
The course participant gets acquainted - With the terms insurance risk and basic insurance classification. - With life insurance - basic concepts (life expectancy, mortality intensity - probability of death and survival, mortality laws). Mortality tables - description and their construction. Basic types of life insurance. - With pension insurance - With non-life insurance - classification, basic concepts. Types of NP - household insurance, real estate, liability for damages, accident insurance,. - basic characteristics.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of insurance.
The participant will be familiar with the basics of insurance, which is a tool for financial elimination of the negative consequences of chance, which is characteristic of the world in which we live.
