Course content
Educational programs at home and worldwide Teaching Mathematics in the overall concept of the education systém Learning styles, the transformation function of textbooks, correlation with curricula, evaluation of textbooks Relationship between theory and practice in mathematics education Relationship between mathematics modeling and mathematics education research Research about textbooks. Results.

Learning outcomes
The subject is a summary of theoretical knowledge in the field of didactics of mathematics, create your own teaching materials, whether printed or electronic. The result of the work in this course will prepare the materiál, that respects the current knowledge of mathematics and its didactics. An important question will target graduate profile of each type of school, along with its competence. We will require knowledge of current documents in the field of education worldwide. Students will learn for example methods of genetic parallels, the method of problem solving, constructive teaching basics and possibilities of linear and cyclic structure of the curriculum in the textbooks.
Student will gain basic knowledge about modern teaching methods. Examine their advantages and disadvantages.
Prerequisites
Basic course in Mathematics Education.
