Learning outcomes
|
To acquaint students with basics in medical mikrobiology. Morphology, cultivation methods, laboratory diagnostics will be shown as well as basic taxonomy, clinical aspects and therapy
Students get overview about the diagnostic methods in medical microbiology, the labour safety and the basics of epidemiology and immunology of infectious diseases. Students learn more about the infectious agents with using its taxonomical and anatomical divisions. Students have overview about the options in diagnostic microbiology, prophylaxis and therapy.

Oral examination
Oral exam - 2 out of 3 questions must be answered Presence in practicals at least 80%
