Learning outcomes
The course of Informatics has two main objectives. The first one is to introduce students to the basic terminology, and to obtain basic overview about information technology. The latter is focus on the basic skills in text processor and spreadsheet calculator. The seminars are specialised on the problems related to managerial area.
Students will understand the basic terminology and obtain skills for use of a text processor and spreadsheet calculator.

The course has no prerequisities.

Assessment methods and criteria
Analysis of student's work activities (technical works), Combined exam, Seminar work

Credit Requirements: Obtaining at least 8 points out of 12 in two credit tasks (the first is for a maximum of 4 points, the second is for a maximum 8 points). Examination Requirements: Theoretical exam concerned with lectures. The final mark is based on the results of credit tasks and a final examination.
