Thematic units: 1. Basic information about Microsoft Dynamics Axis, for which companies it is designed, examples of deployment. Basic control. Principle of accounting dimensions (centers, ...). 2. Purchase. Providing suppliers, booking records, processing invoices received. 3. Sale. Ordering customers, ordering records, creating sales documents. 4. Products. Input items / products. Units, storage dimensions. 5. Prices. Manage pricelists, award specials and discounts. Effects when placing an order. 6. Inventory management. Principles of stock transactions and stocks. Determining inventory value. Link to other modules. 7. Warehouses. Distribution of warehouses, warehouses. Moves between warehouses. Inventory. 8. Production. BOM compilation, production assignment. 9. Finance. Entering accounts. Accounting through accounting logs. Preparation of financial statements. VAT. 10. Finance. Reimbursement, communication with the bank. Property Management. 11. CRM. Entering customers, contact persons. Records of business activities (activities). 12. Other Modules. Brief introduction to other modules - Human Resources, Projects. 13. Advanced control. Special search for information, integration with Excel, attachment of documents. 14. Solutions to a complex business case. Implementation of a practical task through all modules.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to demonstrate and practice the basic procedures for working with the enterprise information system in the environment of a specific Microsoft Dynamics Axis system. The student should be able to solve basic tasks arising from daily work with corporate information system in company practice.
Students will acquire the basic skills and knowledge required to manage and modify the Microsoft Dynamics AX information system.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of control of office programs (eg MS Office). Basic knowledge of business processes (eg purchase, sale).
