Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the seminar is to develop the professional communicative skills of a teacher in the German language. Emphasis will be placed on spoken language and reading, but the written language will also be cultivated within the seminar. Vocabulary, the ability to understand written text related to professional practice and the ability to logically and promptly respond to situations of both ordinary and especially professional life in the pedagogical field will be practiced on selected topics. Listening exercises will also be included.
Students will be able to conduct written and oral communication on the covered professional and general topics.

Prerequisites

Ability to communicate in German at the B1 level.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Analysis of student's language skills, Interview
Active participation in the seminar, home preparation for the seminar. The course-unit credit is awarded in the form of a controlled conversation about a given professional problem in German.
