Learning outcomes
The subject reacts to requirements of RVP ZV in the area of multicultural education. The goal is to understand the culture of habits in German speaking countries. Students will learn to understand the concept of multiculturalism as a sociological phenomena and multicultural education as a reaction to it (where are the conflicts of multiculturalism in a person or society). Significant part of the seminars is devoted to work with the goals of education formulated with RVP, mainly with goals of cross-section issue of multicultural education and its development. Students will get the opportunity to prove, how to bring intercultural values and approaches to schools as a whole and especially into teaching German language.
Students will be prepared to lead intercultural dialogue; they will try various models of interaction with people of other cultures and will clarify their opinions on cultural diversities.

Assessment methods and criteria
Seminar work

All examinations and consultations are held in German. Active participation at seminars, through elaboration of given tasks, elaboration of seminary work.
