Course content
1. Week: Introduction to all cultural and German-speaking institutions and their actual program 2. - 12. Week: Individual participation on cultural German-speaking events and they have to keep their records (Portfolio) 13. - 14. Week: Present portfolio of all visited cultural events and present at least one of them and create a poster.

Learning outcomes
The cultural seminar offers students the possibility of participation of lectures, workshops and cultural events based on German language, literature, cultural studies and didactics German as a foreign language. The seminar enables the students to get to know actual topics, interesting characters and unique experiences. The students are able to select their participation after their own concern and they have to visit eight different events based on the department of German, Goethe-Zentrum, Goethe-Institut, Österreichisches Kulturforum in Prague and so on. In the end of the semester they have to present the portfolio of all visited cultural events and present at least one of them.
Students get to know actual topics from German-speaking countries, attend actual exhibitions, lectures and workshops. They learn to create a portfolio a showcase their comforts.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Interview

All examinations and consultations are held in German. The students have to visit eight different events based on the department of German, Goethe-Zentrum, Goethe-Institut, Österreichisches Kulturforum in Prague and so on. In the end of the semester they have to present the portfolio of all visited cultural events and present at least one of them.
