Course content
Social education - introduction to the course, basic information, terminology Youth: open clubs Older adults: characteristic, specific, risky situation Adults, socially excluded groups.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Individual preparation for exam
Learning outcomes
The course is mainly focused on the relationship between the environment and the education of the individual and the process of socialization in different stages of life (younger and older school-age, adulthood, old age). Thanks to excursions and input from experts from practice, they will gain an overview of practical tools of social education. They will learn some techniques of using documentary film in mediating socio-pedagogical topics to children and adults in teaching or leisure activities.
The students will: - Be able to use technical terminology - Know the specifics of different types of environments and population groups - Understand the causes and consequences of some socio-pathological phenomena - Understand the possibilities and tools of the educational program One World in Schools The students will learn some practical tools to improve the climate in the group.

Test

100% participation in two consultations and a colloquium. The dates will be announced at the initial consultation. Test
