The course contains of a seminar and an e-learning course: A. The philosophy and methodology of science B. Educational research: methodological paradigms, research methods, informatins sources C. Designing a research project, incl. samples of selected research problems

Learning outcomes
|
The course aims at introducing general principles of the methodology of educational research and giving students an opportunity to focus on a selected problem and design a research (theoretical or empirical) likely to serve as the basis for their diploma theses
Students will acquire: - knowledge of key principles and methods of educational research - skills necessary for designing a research project
