Course content

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Skills training, Activating (simulations, games, drama)

Learning outcomes
Subject education experience has three parts. Education 1 experience allows students to gain concrete experience with the methodology of experiential courses. This experience builds the next part of the course. Education experience 2 is based on a detailed methodological analysis of information literacy course and training experience 3 shows an alternative approach to the concept of experiential education through expeditions, which builds on the findings of outdoor education. Within each of these camps develop their participants in their physical fitness, as well as social competence and the competence to solve problems; Think of specific topics courses (depending on their orientation). Students in this course will learn the method of experiential learning - will be able to provide a clear and comprehensive plan experiential events, to select appropriate software products and at the same time gain knowledge of solutions and the gradual development of the field of experiential education. Moreover, students completing the course will master basic teaching skills, which include the creation and marketing of games and leadership reflection. (GT)

Students combined study individually draw a seminar tasks (see study support) and is involved in scheduling contact teaching. Students combined study individually draw seminary task of two parts: a) a methodological analysis of the course or training in the subject training experience 1 (using the models comfort zone, Kolb's learning cycle and Flow); b) the proposed typological scenarios at least a 5-day experiential events with developing a program block (s applying the principles of dramaturgy). This seminar tasks are the basis for a joint discussion within the contact time at the end of the semester. KS Students have the opportunity to attend a 2 day course focused on experiential marketing activities, this part of the curriculum for students of KS is not required. (GT)
