Learning outcomes
The subject informs the students about possibilities of the use of art techniques, activities and games in terms of free time pedagogy. It informs the students about the possibilities to use traditional techniques in non-traditional way and further non-traditional techniques in art methodology in terms of free time pedagogy. Simultaneously the subject accents a particular problem of society in terms of art education. It means for example the focus on environmentalism (the production of artefacts from recyclable materials, further the production from waste materials, preparation of methodological aids which might be used in environmental education etc.) or ethical education (e.g. looking on aesthetical categories from the ethical concepts point of view). Methodology of art again uses the possibilities of interference into related areas as aesthetical, dramatic, musical, for-social education. The effect of the subject is strengthened by continuous exhibitions of student works in public areas of the faculty.
A student acquires knowledge and skills in areas of art culture, he/she is able to use the knowledge and skills in the work of a free time pedagogue, he or she can direct a comprehensive art project.
