Course content
1. Historical introduction to social psychology 2. System of social psychology (structure of basic concepts) 3. Social perception and motivation 4. Psychology of dyadic relationships 5. Communication and attitudes 6. Small groups 7. Demanding life situations in interpersonal relationships (conflicts and cooperation) 8. Prerequisite of healthy mental development in ontogenesis (child-mother relationship, bond, attachment) 9. Introduction to developmental psychology: overview of developmental phases, ontogenesis of the psyche 10. Basic patterns of mental development; interaction of genetic makeup and social experience 10. Socialization (child-mother relationship and the importance of early age for personality formation) 11. Childhood (newborn, infant, toddler, pre-school age and school age) 12. Puberty and adolescence 13. Adulthood and old age

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Activating (simulations, games, drama), Group work
Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide students with an overview of the basic regularities of psychological aspects, interpersonal relationships, an understanding of the basic patterns and their functioning, application of the acquired information to self-knowledge and professional activity.

Explaining the set question and reading the compulsory literature, focusing only on the parts dealing with social and developmental psychology.
