Course content
1) Leisure - general definition and specifics of people with disabilities. 2) The importance of leisure time activities for people with disabilities. 3) Possibilities of inclusion in leisure time (examples of good practice) - children with visual, auditory, mental and physical disabilities. 4) Final evaluation.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with multi-media resources (texts, internet, IT technologies)
Learning outcomes
In today's society, there is a clear inclusive trend that is increasingly involved in the daily life of people with disabilities or disadvantages. In the field of education, inclusion brings with it increased demands on the development of competences of pedagogical staff. The aim of the compulsory elective course Leisure Activities of Persons with Disabilities is to deepen the theoretical knowledge of students acquired in the subject Special Education. In the first collective consultation, students will be actively introduced to the specifics of spending leisure time with people with disabilities or disadvantages. In the second collective consultation they will present their own experiences from their surroundings. From specific cases, he then draws appropriate recommendations for leisure time activities of people with disabilities.

Student performance assessment

The student will present her / his presentation in the framework of joint seminars and submit it in electronic form.
