Course content
Positive school climate - presumption of the authentic participation of pupils at education. School as a place of changes. Creating supportive relationships (teacher-pupils, pupils-pupils, wider relationships). Application of social, pedagogic and organizational skills in teaching. Development of the personal competencies of students. Simulation of basic functional communicative patterns. Video-training of interactions. Use of the individual experiences from the pedagogic practice: analysis, creating alternative solutions, team work.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Activating (simulations, games, drama)
