Course content
Content of lectures: - Andragogy and its relationship to other pedagogical disciplines. - Specifics of adult education. - Fundamental stage of managing (management) while teaching adults. - Content dimension of adult education. - Kinds of adult education. - Teaching methods in adult education. - Presentational and didactic techniques.

Learning outcomes
The aim of this subject is to follow the theory and practice of teaching and learning adults in context of lifelong education and further adult education in the Czech Republic. Also to support skills for lecturers training and to involve students to the training of lecturers skills.
Students will acquire the following: - orientation in basic issues in adult education - understanding of life-long learning - skill in connecting adult education theory with general education / instruction theory - knowledge of methods, organization forms and means of instruction in adult education
