Course content
Topics: 1. Reflecting theory in practice, defining objects of interest, review of the most important and relevant parts needed for work in seminar. 2. Definition of topics to discuss: work and interpersonal relationships; educating employees- forms, methods, tools, motivation; self-development and self-discipline; time management; areas of interpersonal communication. 3. Case studies with the use of theoretical knowledge: preparation of a solution, discussion, ideas. 4. Case studies with the use soft skills: preparation of a solution, discussion, ideas. 5. Case studies focused on chosen area: steps used while dealing with relational problems. 6. Team evaluation of case studies; group evaluation of dealt case studies.

Learning outcomes
The aim of this subject is to verify and develop ability to apply theoretical knowledge gained during studying the field and the specialized subject blocks of pedagogy for children with special educational needs in own professional activities. Based on observation and introspection of work relations and interactions students will make a case study on selected area with their for further self- development.
Student is able to make a plan of own professional development based on his own reflection and self-reflection in the field of his work experience. Student knows the basic legislative norms and is able to use them in his own work with clients.
