Course content
Content of lectures: - Personality and its education, different conceptions of personality formation. The issue of interiorization and exteriorization in education and educating process. - Situation as a pedagogical problem, the issue of socialization and integration of an individual into social groups, the role and its influence on disintegration of personality - Self-reflection, self-knowledge, self-esteem and self-education - Socialization and individualisation influence of a social group in shaping personalities of its members. Searching for an optimal model of pedagogical effective influence on personality development through social groups. - Social relationships as one of the basic elements of education. - Historical inspiration in education. - Contemporary inspiration in education (existential and psychoanalytic backgrounds) - Environmentalist and postmodern conceptions of education.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
The aim of this subject is to deepen knowledge of personality development in context of education.
Student will acquire a deeper knowledge of personal development in the context of education. Student will understand the importance of education during socialization and personalization of the individual and will be able to use his/her knowledge while working with clients but also while self-reflecting and self-developing.
