Course content
1. Development, current state and future tendencies of pedagogic-psychological counselling, mainly in the Czech Republic. 2. Theoretical groundwork for different counselling approaches. 3. Strategic counselling aproaches. 4. Principles of counselling. 5. Counselling for children and youngsters in different stages of development. 6. Counselling for children with handicap. 7. Counselling for talented children. 8. Counselling for children in critical stuations. 9. Counselling for high-risk clients. 10. Counselling in the work of a leading pedagogical worker.

Learning outcomes
The subject's target is to acqaint students with pedgogic counselling and its methods.
students know basic theories of pedagogy-psychological counselling, students know basic counselling strategies, students now counselling approaches to diverse clients

Student performance assessment, Seminar work

Seminar work with a chosen topic, check-up during the semester and at the credit test.
