Course content
Seminars - pedagogy I. INTRODUCTION TO THE STUDY OF SCHOOL PEDAGOGY 1. How to study effectively at a university, what types of sources and literature in the field of pedagogy are available, how to work with information, how to obtain information from practice, how to know the reality of school teaching, what data on the quality of schools in the Czech Republic is available (CSI , PISA, OECD) 2. Pedagogy and structure of science, structure of preparation for PF JU, practice during the study, portfolio II. TEACHING PROFESSION ISSUES 3. Searching for the mission and role of the teacher, competencies and characteristics of the teacher 4. Competences of a teacher's assistant, other roles and positions in the school, cooperation in a team of pedagogical staff 5. Tasks of the school in the 21st century, the reform of the Czech school and the curriculum - White Paper - FEP, SEP - a brief overview 6. Teacher training in the tradition of education, the teaching profession in our country and in the world Seminars - psychology III. INSPIRATION OF PSYCHOLOGIES FOR SCHOOL PRACTICE 7. Personality concept of teaching and its anchoring in psychology 8. Positive psychology as inspiration for school practice 9. Teacher - his personality and personality development 10. Development of the pupil's personality at school 11. Learning - new approaches to learning issues 12. Motivation - strengthening internal motivation 13. Learning outcomes
The teaching of the subject is divided into two parts - pedagogical introduction and basics of psychology. The aim of the pedagogical part is to lay the theoretical and practical foundations for the future creation of teacher identity in the following areas: teacher and teaching (its competencies, requirements for the teaching profession, teacher personality, tradition of education), assistant teacher and his role in school, school and education (tasks , which is solved by the school in the 21st century, basic information about RVP, ŠVP), the pupil and his problems, the concept of the child in education, parents as partners.
