Course content
- Specifics of the communication with children, Maslow's pyramid of needs in contemporary preschool practice - Respect for a man and educational styles, reversibility in preschool teacher's practice, child's adaptation in preschool, risks of routine stereotypes

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Monitoring, Skills training
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to offer a way leading to a respectful partner communication with a child based on the fulfilment of child's needs with the emphasis on the routine stereotypes elimination, on the creation of meaningful and understandable rules and on search for ways how to accept every child even with his undesirable behaviour specifics.
