Course content
1. Mutual acquaintance. Understanding of one's own intuition. 2. Communication without prejudices. 3. Self-assessment, self-reflection. 4. Nonverbal, verbal communication. 5. Development of communication skills. 6. Improvisation skill strengthening. 7. Techniques of coping with stress. 8. Social development, cooperation.

Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the seminar is to provide students with self-reflection, self-conception cultivation, support of personality maturing, assurance of own experience. Part of the seminar is work on professional assurance, motivation to profession and creation of one's own professional identity. Student learns to work with his own emotions, to use various techniques to cope with stress etc. Development of communication skills and strategies. Student acquires general idea of his personality skills, weak and strong points, motivation to profession.
The aim of the course is to develop personality and social competences of students in connection with their future profession.
