Course content
- Students who work in preschool of practice in form of self-reflection focused on effective communication - Students who don't work in preschool, assistant practice in preschool for four hours a week - Reflection in form of analysis of videorecords of activities with children and assessment of colleague's videorecord (controlled activity) - One's own planning according to class education programme - One's own leading of morning activities - One's own solving of situations and conflicts - Evaluation of realised activities (educational contribution of realized activities from the point of view of key competencies, general and constituent aims, risks endangering educational intentions) - Children's experience observation - Portfolio extension

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to guide students to their own management of morning activities block, use od improvisation in pedagogical work and flexible responding to children's initiatives. To develop sensitivity to one's pedagogical work comparison with criteria of framework education programme for preschool education and identification of risky moments.
To plan and realize integrated morning block by oneself. To assess educational contributions of activities from the point of view of School and State curriculum. To identify risky moments in programme realization and suggest a way of solution.
