Course content
- visit to a colleague's class in another preschool and participation in the morning programme in his/her class - observation focused on creation system of class curriculum and evaluation plan - Written record of observation - Students who work in preschool, in formo f self-reflection - Students who don't work in preschool of weekle practice - according to their own choice: - one's own management of a day - planning on the basis of School curriculum - preparation, realization and evaluation of an integrated block - continuous evaluation of educational situation and effective responding - children's needs fulfilment - class documentation keeping - written reflection - educational contribution of realised activities form the point of view of key competencies, both general and constituents aims, risks endangering educational intentions

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to deepen autonomy within execution of all duties connected with preschool teacher's profession, to guide students to their own management of weekly integrated block. Th deepen creative approach to educational process leadership and professional approach to evaluation and self-evaluation.
To plan and lead by oneself an integrated block and make an assessment. To lead by oneself class documentation and know required school documentation. To respond flexibly to class situations.
