Course content
In addition to self-experience work in a group, space will be devoted to the following topics: 1. Introduction to the rules of group work 2. activities for mutual knowledge, deepening the knowledge of colleagues. 3. art techniques for self-expression 4. art techniques encouraging collaboration 5. Basic principles of working with the body 6. Relaxation 7. Methods of physical self-awareness 8. Work with breath, body position and expressive techniques 9. Application of psychohygiene in teaching

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Monitoring, Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to offer space for facilitating self-awareness and personality growth in the group setting. Techniques of body work, art techniques, etc. will be used to accomplish this aim. The participants' willingness to reflect themselves and share their experiences is essential for attending the group.
