Course content
1. Who is teacher? (good x bad teacher, ethics in teacher's work, personal x professional approach) 2. Who am I? (value system, life values, life philosophy) 3. What will I, as a teacher, emphasize? (knowledge, skills, habits, attitudes, values; cooperation and respect for pupils' families) 4. My view of teacher, how I want to be regarded as a teacher 5. Cross-cutting topics - clarification of one's own position, own attitudes; psychological contexts Personality and social education Environmental education Education of democratic citizen Multicultural education Education towards thinking in European and global context Media education My strong and weak points, opportunities and threats in context of teacher training

Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Written action (comprehensive tests, clauses), Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
Development and cultivation of desirable attitudes and values in context of carrying out teaching profession, in context of teacher training student. My strong and weak points, opportunities and threats in context of teacher training.
after course completion, student will be capable of objective self-assessment, self-evaluation, self-reflection
Prerequisites
knowledge of personality psychology and developmental psychology, motivation for teaching profession and for work on own development

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Interview, Systematic student observation

active participation in seminars, reflections, essays, notes, notes in various extent and form (on the basis of agreement with teacher) on particular topics.
