Course content
Classes evaluation. Definition of the term, importance, types, forms of evaluation, with emhasis on formative, criterial and authentic evaluation. Evaluation framework, evaluation according to individual relational norm. Evaluation in relation to educational aims and individualization. Diagnostics and diagnostic devices. Stimuli and inspiration of reform pedagogy in current pedagogical practice. Alternative and innovative educational programmes (term definition), presentation of chosen alternative educational programmes. Innovative educational programmes, presentation of chosen innovative educational programmes (Critical thinking, Začít spolu/Step by step, Tvořivá škola, etc.). Inspirational stimuli of innovative educational programmes for contemporary school (teaching unit planning according to the three-phase model of learning EUR, familiarization with material of Kompetentní učitel 21.století and its application in practice, use of activities centers, etc. Class climate, support of stimulating environment, principles of rules creation and work with class rules. Relationship of family and school. Principles of inclusive education.

Learning outcomes
This course builds on the course of Pedagogy for primary school teachers I.. The aim of the course is to familiarize teachers with current topics of pedagogy and general didactics with emphasis on current (child-oriented) conception in relation to real pedagogical practice. Course conception enables the students to gain experience under the leadership of faculty pedagogue also in school practice reality and thus to connect theoretical knowledge in real class situations. Classes will be carried out in 2 blocks. First block will be realized as three-hour seminar, second block will be realized as three-hour practice in a class of a chosen school under the leadership of faculty teacher of the given course (observation targeted to a given topic) followed by analysis of observed educational units.
orientation in various approaches to assessment with emphasis on formative assessment, self-assessment and peer assessment, classes planning according to the three-phase model of learning, orientation in alternative and innovative educational programmes, ability to apply elements of these programmes in one's own teaching practice.
