Course content
1. Behavioural and emotional disorders - basic terms, technical terminology MKN 10 - section of mental and behavioural disorders 2. An individual with emotional and behavioural disorders, characteristic features, definition of disability, causal factors, an individual with problematic behaviour 3. Pedagogue and parents of children with emotional and behavioural disorders 4. The legal framework for institutional and protective education, foster care 5. Probation and mediation service for juvenile offenders cases 6. Institutional assistance while solving school indiscipline and symptoms of behavioural disorders ( eg OSPOD, PPP, SVP, DDU) 7. The most common social-risky phenomena of children. The list, developmental, social, psychological context 8. Options, ways of prevention of socially dangerous phenomena at school (also out of school) 9. Intervention as a support, rules of intervention, principles and policies of intervention, individual and group intervention

Learning outcomes
The aim of this subject is to acquaint students with basic knowledge in the field of behavioural disorders and to introduce them the possibilities of solving problems in various areas.
The students is familiar with the issue of social high-risk phenomena of children and youth, knows basic behavioural disorders and their characteristics. Student knows about institutional solutions and possible interventions. He knows the procedures in the area of risk behaviour prevention.
