Learning outcomes
The subject of the course is to render basic skills of mental hygiene to the students, to help them to cope with the demands of helping profession. We will approach the issue from the bio-psycho- social point of view. Seminars contain both teoretical parts and practical trainings.
Target competence: basic skills of mental hygiene, cope with the demands of helping profession.
