Course content
1. Corporate culture and identity management process 2. The culture of Czech and foreign of Management 3. Management of human resources - management style, personnel planning 4. Mobbing in the workplace, conflict resolution in the workplace 5. Motivation of work performance evaluation, remuneration and staff care 6. Social communication in the management process

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic components of the management model and teach them to better understand the complexity of the management process. The main topics include the concept of corporate identity and ethics, culture of Management of the Czech cultural differences in management approaches, management styles, forms, human resource management, employee evaluation methods, ways of solving problems in the workplace and social communication .. The subject is based on Jung's theory of personality, Maslow and Herzberg's theory of motivation and a hierarchy of needs "theory X and Y" McGregor. In the case studies and brainstorming sessions will be held topics such as social and occupational roles in the group, analysis of personality profiles of the position, the ability to develop their potential, retrospective assessment of work activities - Assessment center. Part of the education is the implementation of a questionnaire jobs with the evaluation, training rules out negotiation strategy, coaching and assertive behavior.
Students will be informed about the management style of leadership, on personnel issues applied in the management process. At the same time themselves to implement a psychological method, which is focused on the evaluation of social roles in the group to survey the personality profile of the worker. Separately schematic implement a project to promote the establishment of "fictitious companies".
