Course content
Topics of lectures: 1. Getting acquainted with the basic concepts of land management, principles, objectives and types of land management 2. Historical development of land records, property relations, land books, upper books, etc., history of land consolidation 3. Method of selection of cadastral area for land consolidation, preparatory work for land consolidation, issues of land management area, list of claims of land owners 4. Elaboration of the plan of common facilities, elaboration of the proposal of the new arrangement of lands, final negotiations and approval of the land consolidation, realization of the land consolidation

Learning outcomes
The aim of subject is the acquisition of basic knowledge on the goals, conceptual and legislative instruments, the proposal and the stages of progress of complex land adjustment process. The understanding in context of sustainable regional development, EU agricultural policy, environmental protection and landscape ecology will be stressed.
Students will acquire knowledge on goals, proposal and realization of complex landscape adjustment process in context of protection of the landscape and its ecological functions.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination

Credit requirements: Credits will be awarded not before 14 days before the end of the semester in agreement to the statement of dean no. 124/2017 article 15. Examination Requirements: The exam is written with the possibility of oral examination. The correctness of the answer in the test is evaluated with a minimum success rate of 60%. Themes are available in Moodle. The examinations will be announced before the beginning of the examination period in accordance with the Dean's measure No. 124/2017 Article 15.
