The course Regional Economy deals with socio-economic development of regions and cities. It is based on the general economic theory and also on regional economics. It focuses on the process analysis which leads to a specific spatial organization of society; further on the analysis of the economic base of regions and cities. The course is intended for the students of the SPVS specialization (EU Structural Policy For Public Administration) as a compulsory course. It is a prerequisite for the bachelor exam.
