Learning outcomes |
Learning outcomes of the course unit is to interpret the regulation of criminal law aspects of commercial relations, corporate and commercial law, as well as regulation of trade law. Attention is also dedicated to the legal regulation of administrative punishments. Criminal Material Law deals with the protection of the most important values in society against criminal offenses and offenders by defining the features of acts that are criminal offenses and laying down sanctions that can be imposed for their commission. Students also learn the interpretation of criminal law standards and their application in specific business cases. The subject deals with entrepreneurs' responsibility, both natural persons and legal persons, especially taking into account the new regulation of the liability of legal entities and the possibilities of their possible development, not only in the field of criminal law, but also with overlapping into administrative law.
