Course content
Lecture topics: 1. Introduction to the subject 2. Initiation of insolvency proceedings, Ways of resolving bankruptcy 3. Consumer insolvency 4. Creditor and insolvency 5. View of the insolvency court 6. Criminal liability of the entrepreneur 1 7. Criminal liability of the entrepreneur 2 8. Internet governance 9. Selected issues of national and transnational regulation of the Internet 10. Arbitration 11. Out-of-court settlement of disputes over domain names in the Czech Republic 12. Reserve Exercises: The content of the exercises follows on from the lectures.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Activating (simulations, games, drama)

Learning outcomes
Students will get to know the selected legal institutes in more detail within the course. Emphasis is mainly placed on insolvency proceedings, criminal liability of entrepreneurs, Internet law and arbitration proceedings. During the semester, students will work on tasks assigned by the teacher.

Prerequisites
The course Business Law I is a prerequisite for the course Business Law II.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Test, Seminar work

Credit requirements: - participation in seminars - a maximum of two absences - processing tasks according to the teacher's requirements at seminars - credit test/s Credits will be awarded not earlier than 14 days before the end of the semester in accordance with the measure of Dean No. 124/2017 Article 15. Examination requirements: Oral - Following the granting of credit - oral (in lectures and seminars) The examinations will be written 3 weeks before the beginning of the examination period in accordance with the measure of Dean No. 124/2017 Article 15.
